Labguide helps diagnostic labs, hospitals and clinics in Kerala and Tamil Nadu find the right laboratory equipment. This page explains what we do with the details you share through our website, forms and ads.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, city, the name of your lab or hospital, and your answers about the equipment you need and when you plan to buy. If you fill our form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes these details to us.

How we use it

To call or message you about your enquiry.
To arrange a demonstration and a quotation. For this we share your details with our equipment supply partner, Abaxis Healthcare, Thrissur, who supplies and installs the instruments.
To understand which of our ads are useful, using totals rather than individual details.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are discussing a purchase with you, and for up to three years afterwards for service and warranty follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, to show you the details we hold, to correct them, or to delete them. To do any of these, message us on our Facebook page. We act on requests within 30 days.

Security

Your details are stored on a secured server in India. Only our staff who handle your enquiry can see your phone number.
